Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop support for end-users
  • Manage Windows 10 and Office 365 environments
  • Handle incident resolution (hardware, software, connectivity)
  • Perform IMAC and break-fix activities
  • Support ServiceNow-based ITSM workflows
  • Ensure endpoint security and compliance
  • Support imaging, patching, and device lifecycle management
  • Provide VIP support and escalation handling

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in EUC/Desktop Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Rates: paid according to hours worked in usd
