Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop support for end-users
- Manage Windows 10 and Office 365 environments
- Handle incident resolution (hardware, software, connectivity)
- Perform IMAC and break-fix activities
- Support ServiceNow-based ITSM workflows
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance
- Support imaging, patching, and device lifecycle management
- Provide VIP support and escalation handling
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in EUC/Desktop Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Rates: paid according to hours worked in usd
