Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and motivated Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team at Tecoora. In this role, you will be the driving creative force behind our visual content, responsible for bringing unique stories to life by blending high-quality video editing with compelling, innovative motion graphics.

The ideal candidate possesses an inherent artistic eye and is an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite—specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro—while remaining agile enough to use quick-turnaround tools like CapCut. You must be a master multitasker who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and loves collaborating with a team to turn abstract ideas into stunning visual realities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Video Production: Edit high-quality, engaging video content (both long-form and short-form) from raw footage to final delivery, injecting creativity and fresh perspectives into every project.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate eye-catching motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and visual effects using After Effects to elevate production value.
  • Asset Creation: Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to design, clean up, or manipulate graphic assets, overlays, and thumbnails for video integration.
  • Platform Adaptability: Deliver optimized content for various platforms, using advanced editors for polished projects and tools like CapCut for rapid-response social media content.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Tecoora content team, directors, and stakeholders to brainstorm creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a high level of creativity, clean video editing, and innovative motion graphics work is mandatory.
  • Creativity & Visual Storytelling: A strong creative mindset with a sharp eye for pacing, timing, color, and composition. You should be able to take a basic brief and transform it into a visually captivating piece.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced, professional-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for asset preparation.
  • Software Flexibility: Experience with mobile/desktop fast-editing applications like CapCut or similar tools.
  • Stress & Time Management: Proven ability to work under pressure, handle tight turnarounds, and effectively prioritize tasks across multiple ongoing projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude. You must be receptive to feedback and able to work smoothly with others.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (for advanced color grading or alternative editing workflows).
