We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our fast-paced team. This internship goes beyond standard entry-level tasks; it is a hands-on opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals, explore modern testing environments, and develop robust skills in both manual and automated software testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive manual test cases and meticulously document test outcomes.
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of test plans and test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects utilizing industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Issues).
  • Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to isolate issues, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes.
  • Gain exposure to and assist with automated testing frameworks, including Selenium and Postman (for API testing).
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). [Visit ITPro.lk to Apply]
