Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, capable of both editing and shooting video content, and ready to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects
  • Shoot video content (events, ads, social media content, etc.)
  • Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into high-quality final outputs
  • Add music, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics
  • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skill Set

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and timing
  • Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Basic to intermediate skills in color correction and audio editing
  • Hands-on experience or ability to handle video shooting

Soft Skills

  • Creativity and strong visual sense
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects)
  • Experience in shooting and editing ad campaigns
  • Understanding of branding and content strategy
  • Portfolio or sample work (personal or freelance projects accepted)
