Computer Hardware Technician

Job Role

  • Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
  • Install and configure operating systems and software.
  • Assemble computers and replace faulty components.
  • Provide on-site and off-site technical support.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and basic network issues.
  • Maintain service reports and job records.
  • Assist in stock handling and tool management.

Qualifications

  • Certificate / Diploma in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
