About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant (Computer Hardware) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing hardware support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge in computer networking will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
  • Flexibility in working hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computer hardware and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems and components
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT equipment and infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities
  • Work closely with the IT team to support daily operations

Salary Package

  • LKR 50,000+ Special Allowances
