 Description – IT Support Intern

  • Provide technical support and assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and IT equipment.
  • Support troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
  • Assist employees with system access, email configurations, and technical inquiries.
  • Maintain and update IT-related records, documentation, and inventory details.
  • Support system maintenance, software updates, and routine security checks.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gain practical exposure to organizational IT infrastructure and industrial IT support processes.
