Tech Lead - Backend & DevOps

About the Role

NeuroDrive is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead backend systems and cloud infrastructure for our Al-powered mobile platform (iOS & Android). You will guide technical decisions, support engineering teams, and collaborate with Product, Mobile, and QA to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • 08+ years of backend development experience with strong Python expertise
  • Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and RESTful API design
  • Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
  • Strong SQL expertise (PostgreSQL preferred) with experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Kubernetes & Docker: Deploy and manage containerized applications in production
  • CI/CD & Environments: Build pipelines and manage Development, Staging, and Production environments
  • AWS & Cloud: Infrastructure design,
  • application/infrastructure migrations, monitoring, scaling, cost optimization, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Provide end-to-end leadership for backend architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure decisions
  • AI/ML (Added Advantage): Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience in deploying ML models and Al-powered APIs to production
