We are on the lookout for a brilliant, high-energy Assocaite Software Engineer (AI) to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team. This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote position designed for someone living in Sri Lanka who wants to skip the traditional "entry-level" grind and jump straight into the deep end of Generative AI.

We aren't looking for someone who just follows instructions; we want a "think outside the box" engineer who is obsessed with automation and the future of intelligence.

The Mission

As an Associate AI Engineer, you won’t just be writing code—you’ll be building autonomous agents and intelligent workflows. You will assist in designing systems that "think" and "act," helping our clients leverage the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Workflow Automation: Building and optimizing complex automation flows using n8n.
  • AI Orchestration: Utilizing LangChain to connect LLMs to external data sources and APIs.
  • Knowledge Retrieval: Developing and fine-tuning RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to make AI smarter and more context-aware.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Turning "crazy" ideas into working AI proofs-of-concept within days, not months.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying at the absolute bleeding edge of AI—if a new paper or tool drops on GitHub today, you’re playing with it by tomorrow.

Requirements (The Must-Haves)

  • The Tech Stack: Basic hands-on exposure to n8n, LangChain, and RAG concepts.
  • Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python (the language of AI).
  • LLM Familiarity: Understanding of how to prompt and integrate models like GPT-4, Claude, or Llama.
  • Mindset: You are very energetic, self-motivated, and don't wait for a manual to figure things out.
  • Communication: Strong English skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Sri Lanka.
