AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer who enjoys building production-grade, scalable AI/ML systems and solving complex problems in collaborative teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: at least 2-3 years in a AI/ML Engineer role or a similar capacity;
• Proven experience deploying ML/DL models in production (anomaly detection, classification, prediction);
• Strong Python skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost / LightGBM;
• Experience building AI/ML-powered APIs (FastAPI) and integrating with dashboards and services;
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and intelligent search (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, RAG, vector search, knowledge graphs);
• Experience with clustering and anomaly detection techniques (Isolation Forest, KMeans, DBSCAN);
• Working knowledge of AWS (SageMaker, S3), Docker, and MLOps;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AlI/ML models for large-scale temporal data;
• Develop and maintain AI/ML-driven backend services and APIs;
• Build LLM-powered explain ability systems using RAG and vector databases;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost;
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve models in production;
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and team decision-making;
