Role Description
We are looking for a versatile IT Support who can balance technical troubleshooting with excellent people skills. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our internal team stays productive while also assisting our clients with onboarding and technical inquiries. This is a Paid Internship designed to develop a unique blend of technical expertise and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
▪️ System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Windows workstations
▪️ Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact for client technical inquiries, guiding them through platform features and setup.
▪️ Incident Management: Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and professional follow-up with customers.
▪️ Documentation: Create simple "How-To" guides and FAQs for both internal staff and external users to improve self-service support.
What we Are Looking For
▪️ Academic Level: 3rd, or 4th-year university students or candidates pursuing a Diploma/HND in IT or Computer Systems.
▪️ Problem-Solving: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to research and fix technical glitches independently.
▪️ Communication: Clear communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
The NITES Edge: Familiarity with Docker or Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N5+) is a plus!
