Role OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and proactive Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic international team based in Australia. This is a 100% remote position that offers the opportunity to work across the entire product lifecycle—from architecting modern frontends to building robust, data-driven backends.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in an Agile environment and is comfortable switching between high-performance web interfaces and complex server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale end-to-end features using React and Next.js for the frontend.
  • Architect and maintain efficient backend services using Node.js and Python.
  • Design and manage scalable databases and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
  • Collaborate directly with Australian product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional industrial experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Frontend: Expert proficiency in React and Next.js (including SSR/SSG patterns and the App Router).
  • Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for seamless collaboration with the Australian team.
  • Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
