Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support product and project teams in analyzing financial workflows and system processes.
• Participate in preparing BRDS, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct market and industry research related to digital payments, financial systems, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in creating mock-ups, wireframes, and use-case documentation.
• Collaborate with QA teams in preparing test scenarios and reviewing test results.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in understanding client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, or a related field. More than 2 year experience in the related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis frameworks.
• Interest in financial technology, digital banking, or payment systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and document processes clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with tools like JIRA,
• Confluence, or Figma is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within teams in a fast-paced environment.
