Project Manager (Delivery Management / Project Coordination)

We are looking for a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to support software delivery coordination across our product teams at VitalHub Innovations Lab.You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, QA, and Support, both locally in Sri Lanka and with global teams, to help ensure sprints, releases, and delivery activities run smoothly and predictably. This role supports internal product teams and delivery leadership and plays an important role in maintaining delivery discipline, visibility, and clear communication across teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Help track sprint progress, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Maintain delivery tools (Jira / Azure DevOps) with accurate task and status updates.
  • Follow up on action items and delivery commitments.
  • Assist with coordinating internal releases, demos, and handovers.
  • Help ensure documentation and readiness items are completed before releases.
  • Support UAT coordination and internal stakeholder reviews.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teams.
  • Help ensure delivery information, risks, and timelines are clearly communicated
  • Collaborate with both Sri Lanka–based teams and global stakeholders (UK / Canada).
  • Support smooth handover of new features and fixes to Support teams.
  • Help identify recurring delivery issues and escalate where needed.
  • Contribute to improving delivery processes, templates, and ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or a similar role, with experience working in Agile environments and exposure to software product development teams.
  • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery practices.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and priorities.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking systems.
  • Comfortable working with documentation, status reports, and delivery updates.
