Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead and drive execution across backend systems. This role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively collaborate with development teams, challenge assumptions, identify risks early, and ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution and maintain delivery momentum across projects
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align on technical direction
• Engage with developers to validate estimates and identify potential risks
• Ensure cross-component dependencies are managed effectively
• Support production readiness, including releases, stability, and issue triage
• Monitor progress and proactively address blockers to ensure successful delivery

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cross-component dependencies
• Hands-on engineering background (3–5 years as SSE / Tech Lead)
• Programming exposure in technologies such as Node, Python, .NET, or Java
• Experience with microservices architecture and database design
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and practices
