Senior Software Engineer

We’re currently hiring Senior Software Engineers to join our growing team.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture & distributed systems
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability & performance tuning
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A strong focus on writing clean, maintainable & well-tested code

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and own scalable backend systems and microservices
• Lead technical decisions and drive architectural improvements
• Build and optimize REST / gRPC APIs for performance and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, guidance, and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams
• Champion code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
