Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Executive (Inbound & Outbound) to handle customer inquiries and conduct outgoing calls to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills along with basic IT knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Make outgoing calls to follow up with clients and promote company services
- Provide accurate information about IT services
- Maintain call records and update customer databases
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic IT & Computer Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, Java & WordPress
- Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
- IT Qualification (HND or Diploma)
- University undergraduate in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Working Hours
Sri Lanka Time: Monday to Saturday (10.00 AM – 3.00 PM)
