AI Business Analyst – Intern / Graduate

At Coderra, we’re building a production-grade, multi-agent AI platform designed to automate real enterprise workflows. We’re looking for someone who can bridge business and product — not just analyse, but shape what we build.

This is not a traditional BA role. You’ll work closely across business, commercial, and engineering teams to define product direction, identify opportunities, and translate market signals into real features.

What you’ll work on:

• Market and competitor analysis across AI, SaaS, and agentic platforms
• Identifying product gaps and defining feature opportunities
• Supporting product roadmap decisions with structured analysis
• Writing product requirement docs (PRDs), user stories, and specs
• Creating wireframes / basic UI-UX flows to communicate ideas clearly
• Working closely with engineers to ensure the correct execution of product intent

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication skills in English (written + verbal)
• Thinks analytically and can break down complex systems
• Understands AI fundamentals (LLMs, agents, automation — at least conceptually)
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Has exposure to tools like Figma, Notion, or similar (not mandatory, but useful)
• Is proactive and takes ownership — not waiting for instructions
