Digital Marketing & Customer Success Assistant

Job Description

In this role, you will assist with digital marketing campaigns, customer communication, onboarding, and day-to-day support while working closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels
  • Assist with content updates, promotions, and lead follow-up
  • Help manage customer communication, onboarding, and day-to-day support
  • Track customer feedback, satisfaction, and service issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-up actions
  • Ensure timely responses to customer and marketing-related inquiries
  • Be organized, proactive, and customer-focused with good communication skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, customer service, customer success, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
