Job Description
In this role, you will assist with digital marketing campaigns, customer communication, onboarding, and day-to-day support while working closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels
- Assist with content updates, promotions, and lead follow-up
- Help manage customer communication, onboarding, and day-to-day support
- Track customer feedback, satisfaction, and service issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-up actions
- Ensure timely responses to customer and marketing-related inquiries
- Be organized, proactive, and customer-focused with good communication skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, customer service, customer success, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
