Associate QA Engineer

Job Description

Predictiv AI Inc. CSE: PAI.CN, a publicly listed technology company on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), is looking for an Associate QA Engineer to join our growing team.

At Predictiv AI, we build AI-powered platforms for fleet management, logistics optimization, and intelligent operational systems, enabling smarter and more efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist preparing test plans and the definition of test strategies for various projects.
• Design, develop and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automation scripts.
• Configure and maintain test environments and support continuous integration processes.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality engineering practices and processes.
• Knowledge of Software Engineering (SE), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts would be an added advantage.
• Experience with QA tools such as Selenium/Playwright, Lighthouse, JMeter, etc..
• Understanding of API concepts and exposure to testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
• Good knowledge of Agile software testing methodologies and software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and knowledge improvement. ISTQB Foundation Level or similar entry-level certifications are considered an advantage.
