At CEYCERT, you’ll work closely with industry experts to:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the technical team Experience in CRM systems (Added advantage)
• Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, or BI tools is an advantage
• Strong documentation, presentation skills and Communication skills

Requirements:

• Pending or completed bachelor's degree in Business, Information systems, IT or related field
• Freshers are welcome. Experience as a Business analyst or similar role is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and recruitment gathering
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
