Presales Engineer - Network & ELV

Job Description

The Presales Engineer - Network & ELV is responsible for supporting the sales team by designing, proposing, and technically validating networking and ELV solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, conducting basic solution designs, and assisting in bid submissions, demonstrations, and presentations.

Key Highlights:

• Presales support for end-to-end LAN, WAN & WLAN solutions
• Assist with network architecture design, BOQS, proposals & technical drawings
• Strong knowledge exposure in structured cabling systems (copper & fiber) aligned with enterprise network standards
• Support IP-based system integration of ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, PA/BGM, & other low-voltage systems
• Hands-on learning with multi-vendor networking technologies and design best practices

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Networking, or Electronics
• Solid networking fundamentals (IP, VLAN, WLAN)
• Good documentation & communication skills
• CCNA / vendor exposure is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies & vendor solutions
