QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and a good communicator, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create and execute test cases based on requirements
• Perform functional and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs clearly
• Validate features before release to ensure quality
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Provide end-of-day progress reports to the Project Manager
• Share updates during daily morning stand-up meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic understanding of QA / software testing processes
• Ability to clearly document issues and test scenarios
• Responsible, proactive, and self-managed
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Business Analysis tasks
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum
