Senior UI/UX Lead (Shopify Plus)

We’re looking for a Sri Lanka-based UI/UX leader who goes beyond design someone who owns outcomes, not just screens.

This isn’t a role for order-takers.

👉 It’s for someone who understands how UX drives conversion, revenue, and growth.

If you’ve worked on e-commerce platforms and know how to identify friction, optimise journeys, and scale experiences this could be for you.

💥 What you’ll own:

  • End-to-end UX across multiple Shopify Plus storefronts
  • Conversion-driven journeys (browse → checkout)
  • Scalable, consistent design systems
  • Data-led optimisation (analytics, A/B testing, insights)

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 6–10+ years in UI/UX with a strong e-commerce focus
  • Can challenge thinking and influence stakeholders
  • Thinks in terms of impact, not just visuals
  • Has experience with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Is based in Sri Lanka
