  • OS management: Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
  • Hardware Diagnostics: Identifying and resolving hardware-related issues
  • Software productivity & Troubleshooting: Full office package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook configuration
  • Creative & Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW
  • Web & Database Development: PHP and MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript
