Role Overview

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing modern, responsive websites and web applications. You will collaborate with developers and marketing teams to create engaging user experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Ensure all designs follow UI/UX best practices
  • Collaborate closely with developers for implementation
  • Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in web design

Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Ability to create responsive, mobile-first designs
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user flows

Technical Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks
  • Understanding of SEO-friendly design and performance optimization

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
