Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business structures, technology usage, and evolving global expectations. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear technical requirements while maintaining accurate project documentation. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive innovative solutions and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:

• Analyze business processes, structures, and technology usage to identify improvement opportunities
• Demonstrate strong conceptual, analytical, and modeling capabilities
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring alignment with requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations, reports, and discussions
• Apply creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving approaches
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while demonstrating leadership and coordination skills
• Continuously learn new domains, tools, and technologies as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
• Finance or General Ledger (GL) experience will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with ERP solutions is preferred
• Tech-savvy, proactive individual with high energy and a self-starter mindset
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and modeling skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Ability to simplify and present complex ideas clearly to different audiences
• Proven experience in analyzing business structures and technology landscapes
• Strong capability in translating business needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices is an added advantage
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
