Assistant HR Manager
Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant HR Manager to strengthen our SPIL Labs team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including hiring and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately - Act as the main contact for HR-related employee queries - Support employee relations, performance management, and appraisals
- Assist with payroll and administration of benefits (EPF/ETF, insurance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Sri Lankan labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and track key metrics
- Handle employee exit processes and documentation -Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial level. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
