Senior Project Manager — Business Transformation

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager — Business Transformation to join dxdy on a contract engagement based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

About the Engagement

Dxdy is leading a two-phase business transformation programme, including SAP S4/Hanna and a few automation and AI tools. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across both phases.

What You Will Do

• Run the day-to-day delivery of the engagement across both the business study and solution implementation phases
• Coordinate a cross-functional team including SAP consultants, business analysts, and the client's own department heads
• Manage the project plan, milestone tracking, risk register, and issue log
• Run weekly status meetings and prepare progress reports for senior leadership
• Ensure study outputs — process maps, findings reports, and solution recommendations — are delivered on time and to quality
• Work closely with the Senior SAP & Manufacturing Consultants
• Manage stakeholder expectations on both sides

What You Need

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in ERP or enterprise technology programmes
• Hands-on experience managing SAP implementation or business transformation projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Strong communication skills — you will be presenting to C-suite and department heads regularly
• Experience working in or with manufacturing businesses is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage a blended team of consultants and client staff
• Based in or able to work from Colombo

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in SAP SD, MM, or CO project environments
• Familiarity with business study or process discovery methodology
• Exposure to Sri Lanka's manufacturing or industrial sector

• Engagement Duration: Approximately 9–12 months
