Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern who lives and breathes code. You will work alongside senior architects to build scalable, cloud-native applications using modern tech stacks. This is a Paid Internship designed to fast-track your career into a Junior Developer role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the design and development of robust backend services using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or PHP (Laravel).
  • Build responsive, high-performance frontends using React.js and modern UI frameworks.
  • Implement microservices architectures and integrate third-party APIs (Payments, Email, Storage).
  • Participate in code reviews and agile sprints to ensure high-quality delivery.

What we are Looking for?

  • Academic Level: 3rd or 4th-year university students or candidates with a minimum HND/Higher Diploma
  • Technical Base: Solid understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and RESTful APIs.
  • Passion: A proven portfolio of personal or academic projects.
  • Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • The NITES Edge: Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N5 or above) is a significant advantage
