Associate / Junior Project Manager

We are looking for an Associate / Junior Project Manager to support delivery coordination across our software product teams at VitalHub Innovations Lab. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teams to help keep sprints, releases, and delivery activities organized, visible, and on track.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support sprint ceremonies and day‑to‑day delivery coordination.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira / Azure DevOps.
  • Assist with release coordination and internal handovers.
  • Communicate delivery updates to team leads and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Duties

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Agile environments, with exposure to software product development teams.
  • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum practices.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking systems.
  • Comfortable working with documentation, status reports, and delivery updates.
