Role Purpose
We are seeking a hands-on and business-oriented ERP Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across multiple departments and group entities. The role will be responsible for coordinating internal users and external implementation partners, ensuring the system is configured to support operational efficiency, financial controls, reporting accuracy, and scalable business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across departments and business units
- Work closely with process owners to map current workflows, identify gaps, and redesign processes for system-based control and efficiency
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for the implementation partner
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment
- Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, issue logs, dependencies, and implementation risks
- Ensure system design incorporates internal controls, approval workflows, audit trail, budgetary control, and management reporting requirements
- Support the implementation of key modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR, Projects, and Job Costing
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), sign-offs, data migration readiness, cutover planning, and go-live execution
- Drive user training, SOP/documentation development, and change management across departments
- Provide post-go-live support and coordinate issue resolution during the stabilization period
- Act as the key coordination point between management, department heads, users, and the implementation partner throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or ERP project management
- Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR, and Projects
- Experience working in a multi-department/multi-company business environment will be a distinct advantage
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Exposure to ERP integrations, reporting, data migration, and system testing will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Odoo functional configuration, workflows, and implementation methodology is preferred
- Technical exposure to Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, or ERP integrations will be an added advantage
