Senior IT Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic IT leader to lead our information technology landscape. This role will be responsible for driving the organization's IT strategy, overseeing SAP S/4HANA systems, IT infrastructure, data and analytics platforms, and leading digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and the digital transformation roadmap.
  • Lead and manage the overall IT function, including the SAP S/4 Hana Functional team, the Development team, the BI & Analytics team, and the IT Infrastructure & IS Security team.
  • Oversee the entire IT operation of the company, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology-driven improvements and innovation opportunities.
  • Ensure data Confidentiality, integrity, availability, and compliance across all IT systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT, with substantial exposure to SAP S/4 Hana environments.
  • A strong understanding of business operations within the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, ETL processes, and dashboarding tools will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
