We invite an experienced and relationship-driven candidate to join our team and contribute to expanding Bileeta's Livestock Management Solution across Sri Lanka by building strong partnerships with livestock and farming businesses.

Qualifications and Experience We're After

  • 3-8 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or sales roles within agriculture-related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Fluency in Sinhala with strong communication skills. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
  • Experience working with farmers, livestock businesses, or rural markets will be considered an added advantage.
  • An existing professional network within the agriculture or livestock sector would be beneficial.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with poultry farms, dairy farms, and other livestock businesses across Sri Lanka.
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand customer operations, needs, and challenges. Identify and convert new customers through proactive sales and market development activities.
  • Conduct practical product demonstrations and guide customers on how to effectively use the solution.
  • Position Bileeta's Livestock Management Solution as a practical business tool to address operational challenges such as feed cost management, production tracking, and efficiency improvements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the company's presence within the livestock sector.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and share market feedback including customer challenges, product improvement suggestions, and pricing insights.
