This opportunity is for a highly driven and business-oriented ERP Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to join our team and play a critical role in driving ERP sales success while working closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful implementations.

Qualifications and Experience We're After

  • Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Equivalent Professional Qualification such as CIMA/CA.
  • 3 to 4 years' experience in ERP implementation, ERP Functional Consultancy, or Entution ERP or similar ERP System user experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, HR, and Supply
  • Chain along with core business processes across multiple industries.
  • Experience in conducting end-to-end ERP product demonstrations and engaging with prospective clients throughout the pre-sales cycle.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability and confidence to effectively present information to Senior management and/or board of directors of prospective clients.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Basic understanding of ERP architecture, system integrations, APIs, and Cloud vs On- Premise deployment models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client pain points and propose effective ERP-driven solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to drive deal conversions and improve win rates by delivering strong solution strategies for qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions with clients to understand operational workflows, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Engage with business owners, finance teams, and operational managers to identify opportunities where ERP solutions can create measurable value.
  • Design and present industry-focused ERP solutions tailored to sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Distribution, and Agriculture/Livestock.
  • Map ERP functionalities to real business workflows and operational scenarios to demonstrate practical value.
  • Deliver customized, scenario-based product demonstrations aligned with client use cases and operational needs.
  • Develop business cases including ROI models, cost-benefit analysis, and value propositions to support client decision-making.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documentation aligned with product capabilities and delivery feasibility.
  • Position Bileeta's ERP solutions effectively against competitors while addressing functional, technical, and commercial objections.
  • Engage with clients post-demonstration to clarify queries, strengthen solution confidence, and support deal progression.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and alignment with implementation capabilities.
  • Support internal teams by developing reusable solution assets such as demo scripts, industry use cases, and presentations.
  • Provide insights and feedback from client engagements to support product improvements and market alignment.
