We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native) at Rope.

Responsibilities:

  • Own & stabilize production (no breaking releases)
  • Build & scale patient + admin portals
  • Fix payment/billing issues (revenue-critical)
  • Implement testing, CI/CD & clean architecture
  • Manage EHR & pharmacy integrations
  • Use Al to ship faster & smarter

Requirements:

  • React, Node.js, PostgreSQL (Neon), Vercel
  • HIPAA / healthcare data experience
  • Strong payment systems knowledge
  • High ownership mindset (not task-based) Al-native workflow
