Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute various types of testing: functional, integration, regression, system, and non-functional.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Azure DevOps, ensuring clear reproduction steps and context.
• Coordinate with developers to reproduce, communicate, and retest issues until resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's degree or BE in Computer Science or MCA.
• Verify defect fixes and ensure they do not introduce regressions. Maintain and update test documentation, including test data sheets and traceability matrices.
• Performs tests at all levels of testing and shares the updates with stakeholders.
• Work closely with the QA Lead to understand feature implementations, discuss testing challenges, and propose improvements.
• Involved and helped other QA team members in their testing activities.
• Prepares a daily/weekly progress report for his manager.
• Key skill - Manual Testing, SQL, Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, Leadership skills, Communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in Manual Testing and API Testing.
• Should have hands on experience on functional testing/Black box testing.
• Excellent knowledge on QA methodologies and automation tools.
• Should have hands on experience on writing test cases, test scenarios, test plans & test data. generation.
• Knowledge/experience in of automation testing, performance testing and experience in Azure test plan will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, being able to explain complex issues in a way that makes sense to everyone on the team.
• Communicate effectively with team members across all levels. (technical and non-technical)
