We’re looking for a Business Analyst with:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare clear and concise documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Support testing and validation of solutions
