Remote / Hybrid | Sri Lanka | UK Time / Sri Lanka Time

WishmiQ Pvt Ltd is looking for a QA & Product Support Intern to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in Software QA, Manual Testing, and Product Support.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Manual Testing of Web and Mobile Applications
• Identify, Document, and Report Bugs
• Re-Test Fixes and Support Release Validation
• Handle Support Tickets, Emails, Calls, and User-Reported Issues
• Communicate User Issues Clearly to Developers and Internal Teams
• Help Improve Product Quality and User Experience

Who Can Apply

Candidates who are Pursuing or Have Completed a Degree or Diploma in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• Information Systems
• Or a Related Field

Nice to Have

• Basic Knowledge of QA / Manual Testing
• Familiarity With Tools Like Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Postman

📍 Remote / Hybrid

🕒 UK Time / Sri Lanka Time

📅 Duration: 6 Months (Extendable Based on Performance and Business Requirements)
