Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Junior Executive – Acquisition:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned vacancies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes based on job requirements, especially for IT/technical positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panel
- Support in drafting job descriptions and job postings and operational support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) flyers and handling social media is an added advantage.
