Product Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and distributors via chat and messaging platforms
- Engage with customers across multiple channels, providing assistance, advice, and timely updates
- Relay valuable client feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvements
- Prepare documentation such as implementation guides, help center articles, and training materials
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal support and development teams
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Experience with POS systems, ERP solutions, or similar software platforms is an advantage
- Understanding of system development, APIs, databases, and system integration is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems/software support, customer support, or a similar role
