Hiring: SEO Executive (Remote – Sri Lanka)

Location: Remote (Sri Lanka)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (SLT), Monday to Saturday (1-hour break)
Salary: LKR 50,000 – 100,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Executive with at least 2 years of experience to improve website performance and increase organic traffic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute effective SEO strategies and achieve top search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research & Analysis

Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing search terms
Analyze keyword competition and search volume
Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz

On-Page SEO Optimization

Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings
Implement structured data and schema markup
Improve site structure and user experience

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Build high-quality backlinks
Monitor and manage backlink profiles
Perform outreach for link-building opportunities

Technical SEO

Perform site audits and fix technical issues
Improve site speed and mobile responsiveness

Content Optimization

Optimize existing content and create SEO-friendly content
Align content with user intent and search trends

Monitoring & Reporting

Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversions
Prepare reports and suggest improvements

Stay Updated

Keep up with SEO trends and algorithm updates
Test and implement new strategies

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO|
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
Experience with Google Analytics & Search Console
Strong analytical and communication skills
