Hiring: SEO Executive (Remote – Sri Lanka)

  • Work Schedule: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (SLT), Monday to Saturday (1-hour break)
  • Salary: LKR 50,000 – 100,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Executive with at least 2 years of experience to improve website performance and increase organic traffic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute effective SEO strategies and achieve top search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research & Analysis

  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing search terms
  • Analyze keyword competition and search volume
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz

On-Page SEO Optimization

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings
  • Implement structured data and schema markup
  • Improve site structure and user experience

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Build high-quality backlinks
  • Monitor and manage backlink profiles
  • Perform outreach for link-building opportunities

Technical SEO

  • Perform site audits and fix technical issues
  • Improve site speed and mobile responsiveness

Content Optimization

  • Optimize existing content and create SEO-friendly content
  • Align content with user intent and search trends

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Prepare reports and suggest improvements

Stay Updated

  • Keep up with SEO trends and algorithm updates
  • Test and implement new strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO|
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
