We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack), a sharp, detail-oriented developer who wants to grow inside a high-performance engineering team.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and build production-grade systems.
• Design clean backend APIs and scalable services.
• Develop high-performance Next.js applications.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and security.
• Take ownership of modules end-to-end.
• Contribute to architecture decisions.
• Manage junior developers.
• Review Al generated code.

What You Must Have:

• High ownership, low ego.
• Experience in Next.js, Node.js, Typescript, Python and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Clean architecture mindset.
• 3+ years professional software engineering experience.
• MongoDB + API design expertise.
• Experience with Docker & cloud deployments.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Al.
