Associate Software Engineer - Support

We are hiring an Associate Software Engineer (Support) a sharp, detail-oriented fresh graduate who wants to grow inside a high-performance engineering team.

This is not a call-center role. This is software development product support.

What You'll Do:

• Implementation of our Al platforms within complex enterprise environments. Develop solutions with Next.js, python and Microsoft Power Apps
• Monitor production systems and dashboards
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
• Reproduce bugs and escalate clearly to engineering teams
• Support deployments and configuration changes
• Assist in testing new releases
• Document issues, fixes, and workflows
• Work directly with senior engineers to understand system architecture

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• High ownership and willingness to learn
• Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering/IT (or equivalent) Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Experience in Next.js, Typescript, python and Microsoft Power Apps
