.NET MAUI Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI
• Build clean, reusable UI components using XAML and Telerik UI for MAUI
• Implement responsive layouts and styling using XAML and CSS
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code following best practices
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services
• Apply MVVM architecture and design patterns effectively Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability
• Optimize application performance across Android, iOS, and Windows
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across platforms
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel- perfect interfaces

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET MAUI for cross-platform development
• Excellent knowledge of .NET and C#
• Hands-on experience with Telerik UI components •Proficiency in XAML for UI development customization
• Experience using CSS for styling and layout
• Solid understanding of MVVM architecture
• Experience writing unit tests (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or similar)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git and source control workflows
• Experience migrating Xamarin.Forms apps to .NET MAUI
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Familiarity with Azure services is a plus
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Understanding of app store deployment processes
• Ability to read and write in Tamil.

Compensation & Benefits

• Net monthly salary targeted at a take-home of LKR 90,000, subject to applicable statutory deductions.
• Employer contributions to EPF and ETF will be made in accordance with Sri Lankan regulations.
• Position is based in Jaffna (currently remote, with a transition to an in-office role in Jaffna in the near future).
