Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for a fast-paced, large-scale project supporting a US-based client in South Florida.

This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex system domains, take ownership of functional knowledge, and ensure system content and functionality remain accurate and up to date.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and communicate directly with US stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Prior exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain systems is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to comprehend and manage large, complex project domains.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
