Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage IT operations (infrastructure, systems, applications, support services)
• Lead and mentor IT team, ensuring high performance and growth
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and scalability
• Oversee network infrastructure (VPN, MPLS) and connectivity
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers (SLT, Dialog, Mobitel)
• Manage IT budgets, upgrades, and technology improvements
• Support all business units including Head Office, branches, financs, and hotels
