We’re Hiring – HR Executive (Remote – US Shift)

  • Company:* KD Associates Buffalo Inc. (USA)
  • Schedule:* 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (SLT), Monday to Saturday (1-hour break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring and employee onboarding processes
  • Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR documentation
  • Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits
  • Provide employee support and resolve HR-related issues
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure company policies, compliance, and discipline are maintained
  • Keep all HR records organized and up to date

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a recognized professional qualification
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or HRIS roles
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems, employee databases, and MS Excel reporting
  • Good understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Experience in a group or multi-entity environment is an added advantage

Salary:

LKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience
