Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Conversion & Client Handling Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on contacting Sri Lankan leads, conducting demos, handling client enquiries, and converting prospects into paying customers. We are specifically looking for a Sri Lankan candidate for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call incoming and assigned leads to qualify and convert them
- Understand customer needs and explain services clearly
- Conduct live demos and step-by-step walkthroughs of systems/services
- Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally
- Discuss pricing and packages within approved limits
- Prepare and send quotations
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close deals
- Update lead status and interaction notes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Represent multiple brands professionally
- Skilled in social media management
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident in handling phone calls and online meetings
- Experience in sales, lead conversion, or client handling is an advantage
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/PC
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: LKR 50,000 per month
- Commission: 5% commission on each project
- Monthly targets must be achieved
- Salary review and possible increase after 6 months based on performance
